SELLING POLICIES
1.
Prices and or availability may change at any time!! Prices on this website supercede any others on any other websites
or ads.
2. Deposit required to hold horses/ponies is $200 and NON REFUNDABLE
3. We
CAN NOT "hold" a pony without a deposit.
4. First come first serve, if you dont have a deposit
to hold it, at anytime someone else may buy the pony.
5. Payments can be made after deposit is received,
MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING HERE.
6. *At the cost to me* Coggins and Health Papers will be
provided (USA ONLY ON HEALTH PAPERS). NO charges to the buyer will be incurred for them NO MATTER what the cost of the
pony!!!! Any vet charges will be responsibility of the buyer after purchase (deposit) of the pony.
7.
Two weeks free board is given to help allow transportation arrangements. Board is charged at $2 per day pasture, $3
per day outside pen, or $5 per day stall unless other arrangements are made between buyer and seller. EXCEPTION,
foals NOT WEANED ARE NOT CHARGED BOARD as long as they are with their mothers. After weaning board can be charged.
8. I can take credit cards for payment thru paypal.com for most ponies. Deposit thru paypal no extra charges,
if paying for the balance of the pony, 3% will be added to pay for fees paypal charges to accept money.
I hate
to be like this. The internet is a great tool to buy and or sell, but you can not tell about people and this way people
know what to expect from me. These are a few guidlines that are set here up front so there are no misunderstandings
if I forget to mention it in email on the phone, etc. If you have a question about any of them, please let me know.

AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO PUT ANY PONIES SOLD ON THE TRAILER WHEN HEADING TO A SHOW OR TRANSPORTING PONIES. I will be taking a trip sometime end of January/early February to TX and also will be going to Clarksville/Little
Rock areas of AR end of January to March.

Buckeye WCF Classical Magic (HOF) x Waulk-A-Way Barbie. "Illusion" is a dynamite little
stallion and has already done enough winning to just be retired and bred to mares, but boy would it be fun to register him
AMHR and show him to many championships there too!! Illusion is a nice, 2008 ASPC foundation stallion. He does

with. He gets along great with my 10 year old daughter at home, but at the shows does require a more experienced handler.

mare. Freddy is an EXCELLENT Amateur show prospect and would make a GREAT gelding. He will win and if he is not
sold (and the one below him does), I will geld him and will show him in the Am halter and Incentive classes. He

he has an excellent, strong hip, nice legged and has a very cute nice head and ear. He is very eye catching and will
be dynamite in the show ring! I have done a bad thing and bought two colts. Both are SUPER gelding show prospects
and I intend to geld them both and show, but it is pretty hard to show two at the same time....so I am leaving it to "what
is meant to be" on which I show! One sells, the other STAYS as my Amateur incentive gelding! Priced $500

 Gold Mines Snow Angles LDF 2010 AMHR palomino mare. Sired by Gold Mines Snow On the Mountain x Lil Darling Jubilees Lil Bit Fancy (Fairy
Tails Roan Rangers Jubilee). I am primarily into shetlands and so it was a shocker when I up and decided to buy "Angel".
I really didnt have a plan for her, but we may just fit her up and show her some. Angel is very showy and may possibly
be bred to Illusion later down the road.

ASPC silver dapple 2009 stallion. "Andy" has only been to 4 shows and 3 of those shows he took a grand at,
with just being in the barn a week or two! 4th show was Congress in 2010 and he was top 3 in his yearling class and
Reserve Champion in the Amateur class beating out SEVERAL HOF ponies! He is a beautiful pony, every time we take him
out people ooh and ahh over him! If you want to get noticed and also win, this pony will do it for you! He is
sired by Spirits Rock E Twister (sired by Bar-G's Rock E Fashionables Ladys Esquire) and a Kid Lee daughter. He is foundation
certified but I believe him to be classic in type. This colt is owned by Pattis ponies but I am handling his sale.
